Terms of Service (TOS)
Dynamized's TOS is a legally binding contractual agreement between Dynamized.com and its clients. The TOS outlines your basic rights as a client, and other details. The TOS also discusses basic rules and regulations.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Dynamized's AUP is a basic set of rules of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable on Dynamized.com. At this time the AUP is intertwined within the TOS.
Privacy Policy/Statement (PP/S)
Dynamized's Privacy Policy, was put into effect shortly after founding in order to keep customer and client data private. It outlines what will occur with personal information we collect from you.
